Modern Warfare 2 – I’m Getting Bored.
MODERN WARFARE 2 – MY THOUGHTS..
Modern Warfare 2 is an okay game, although being hailed as the “best game eva” by COD fanboys.
I find the game intresting fr about 2 hours a session, then it just is very predictable.
Campers are rife in this game, I mean its a very static gameplay if you ask me.
If your playing you will see some people sit in the same building for a whole session or if they get killed there.. you will see them return back to the same place.
You can gauren -dam-tee that someone will be in a known camping spot.. does it spoil the gameplay, maybe not, but it makes some matches very samey, static and boring!
Only a MW2 fanboy will think this game is perfect.
I have this game on both consoles.. i chose not to get the pc version as i support the PC boycott, although many of my xfire pc friends are currently playing it on pc.
I love Modern Warfare weapons, killstreaks and new features they have implemented.. but the novelty soon wears off.
You have people dropping care packages that sometimes can finish a round through no fault of your own.
The nuke? Hmm.. i mean yer its cool..for a bit..then its like WTF? Some games finish in minutes because ya teammates let some dude get the kills for a nuke.. and here is you getting nuked on your 24 kill streak because the teammates let it happen – i say team mates.. there is hardly any teamwork in this game..actually perhaps there is on clans.. but not everyone has clans to join or they simply do not wish to join one.
If you compare the campers in buildings to battlefeld bad company 2 – the biggest difference and GAME CHANGING strategy is you can blow up and drop the entire building.. no more camping spot..
People whine and moan about spawn kill in any game, MW2 is no exception.. but IMO.. Skill is to remove that spawn camper and thats as simple as that.
In cod.. you see nothing but static people in buildings, windows, small tin shelters, behind cars that just sit there for entire rounds.
Graphics are not that impressive, it feels liek cod4 with a map pack.. there really is not much difference.
Cod was about run and gun before, now its more run n hide 
So Lets get these things straight, i am a Multiplayer gamer and play games every day.. not a fanboy.. i like to play games to see the good points and the bad points… i am not blind.
The problem with MW2 is it gets boring and it will be even worse as people want those killstreaks, so they will sit there camping until they do.. it is as simple as that.
Obviously this is my opinion, you don’t have to agree, so what!

Multiplayer: 5/10

Agreed. It should be re-named Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 1.5 as it is nothing more than a new multiplayer component. Which should have been downloadable content.
It is fun for a couple of games but after that the lag + camping just annoys the shit out of me.
Spec-op’s was fun – for a bit!
I was just glad i only paid £32 pounds for it.
